Clover Valley’s Dr Topper has a taste that is even more boring than the design of its can (if you can believe that). It is distributed by Inter-American foods, and was purchased at Dollar General store in Wyalusing, PA. Dr Clover earns a one and a half Dr Pepper can rating.  (No relationo Dr Topper.)
