Dr. R (previously Dr Randalls) was remarkably bland, and is not worth wasting the quarter that Randalls / Tom Thumb charges for it. We give Dr. R a rating of one Dr Pepper can. Randall’s can be found in many cities in Texas, but it was recently purchased by Safeway.
